How to delete your account and data

Delete your Diablesse account and all cloud-synced data, from the app or by email.

How to delete your account and data

Diablesse lets you delete your account and all cloud-synced data at any time. This page explains how to do it on the Android version, where sync uses a sign-in account (Google/Firebase).

Delete your account and all data (Android)

  • Open Diablesse and go to Settings β†’ Cloud sync.
  • Tap "Delete account and data" and confirm.
  • This removes the sign-in account (Google/Firebase) and all cloud-synced data β€” diary entries, favorites, and settings β€” across all your devices.

Delete only the data, without deleting the account

If you want to erase your entries but keep the account:

  • Open Backup β†’ Advanced options.
  • Tap "Delete diary data" and confirm.
  • If you can't access the app

For example, if you have already uninstalled it: send an email to support@diablesse.app, from the address of the Google account used in the app, with the subject "Delete account". We process the request within 30 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

  • Deleted: the authentication account and all cloud data (entries, favorites, and synced settings).
  • Kept: nothing beyond minimal technical logs for a short period, if any. Menstrual cycle data was never sent to the cloud, so there is nothing to delete there.
  • Local data: stays only on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app.
  • What about iPhone (iOS)?

On iOS, sync uses your private iCloud account, not an account of ours. Your data stays under your control in iCloud: you can manage it in your device's iCloud settings, and local data is removed when you uninstall the app.
