1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Diablesse (the "app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the app.
2. Description of the app
Diablesse is an app for iOS and Android that helps with diabetes management, letting you log blood glucose, count carbohydrates, and view trends over time. All information is stored locally on your device.
3. Important medical notice
Diablesse is a support tool and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always confirm any treatment decision with your doctor or healthcare professional. In an emergency, seek medical care immediately.
4. License to use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use Diablesse on iOS or Android devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the App Store (Apple) and Google Play (Google).
5. Proper use and responsibilities
You agree to use the app only for lawful and personal purposes. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. Your data is kept in your private cloud account (iCloud on iOS, Google Drive on Android) and synced across your devices; even so, we recommend keeping your own backups by exporting your information whenever you wish.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its name, design, logo, and code are protected by intellectual property rights. These Terms do not grant you any rights to those marks or content beyond the license to use described above.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Diablesse is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, or that the estimates and information it provides (such as the estimated HbA1c and the pre-menstrual phase) will meet all of your specific health needs.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including treatment decisions made based on the information it displays.
9. Privacy
Diablesse has no servers of its own and does not access your data: it stays on your device and, when sync is enabled, in your private cloud account (iCloud on iOS, Google Drive on Android), under your control. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect improvements to the app or legal changes. When that happens, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes will be submitted to the courts of the user's place of residence, unless otherwise required by law.
