I built the app I wanted to use.

I was diagnosed with diabetes and, like a lot of people, went looking for an app to help me.

The ones I found were old and confusing: screens full of fields, hidden menus, a look stuck in the past. Logging a glucose reading took more work than measuring it.

So I decided to make my own. In Diablesse, logging takes seconds. You pick the food, enter the amount and the app calculates the carbs from the food database.

In Trends, the charts compare your glucose on days with and without physical activity, so you can see how exercise affects your numbers.

And it connects to Apple Health and Health Connect, shows up on Apple Watch and Wear OS, and reminds you at the right time.

Made by someone who lives the routine, for people who live it too.

Why it’s built this way

  1. No account

I didn’t want yet another login just to write down my glucose. You open the app and start.

  2. No ads

Between a meal and an insulin dose, nobody needs advertising.

  3. Works offline

Glucose doesn’t wait for Wi-Fi. At a restaurant, on a trip or on a plane, logging works just the same.

  4. Data on your device

It’s health data. It stays on your phone and in your private iCloud, with no tracking. On Android, the cloud is optional.

Try it in your routine.
