How to transfer your data between iOS and Android

Cloud sync works within each platform: iPhone uses iCloud and Android uses your Google account. So when you switch platforms, your data doesn't move on its own to the new phone. You transfer it with a backup file, and it only takes a few minutes.

1. Export on the old phone

1. Open Settings → Backup & Restore.
2. Tap Export data.
3. Save the .json file somewhere the new phone can reach: Google Drive, iCloud Drive, email, or another cloud service.

2. Import on the new phone

1. Install Diablesse and open the app.
2. Open Settings → Backup & Restore.
3. Tap Import data and pick the .json file. If it's in the cloud, the file picker can open it from there.
4. Check how many entries and favorites will be added and confirm.

Done: your entries, favorites, and settings show up on the new phone. Importing adds the data without deleting anything already in the app.

Tips

• The file contains your health data. Keep it somewhere safe and don't share it.
• Use the latest version of the app on both phones.
