How to log a meal

Learn how to log your meals and foods in Diablesse step by step.

How to log a meal

Logging a meal in Diablesse is fast and intuitive. Here's how:

1. Open the Diary

On the Diary tab (book icon), tap the + button in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

2. Enter your glucose (optional)

If you measured your blood glucose before the meal, enter the value in the glucose field.

3. Search for foods

In the search field, type the food name.

Tip: You can type partial words — "whole bread" finds "Whole Wheat Sandwich Bread".

4. Select the portion

Choose the measure and the amount you consumed. You can adjust portions precisely.

5. Add more foods

Repeat the process for each food in the meal. All items are listed with the total carbs and calories.

6. Enter the bolus (optional)

If you took insulin, enter the bolus dose manually. Diablesse records it together with the meal (it does not calculate the dose).

7. Save the meal

Tap Save to log it. The meal will appear in your Diary with the date and time, carbs, and bolus.
